She Saw An Intruder, But Instead Of Calling Police She Wrote A Note That Has Inspired Millions.

This sort of story serves as a jolt of perspective and makes us ask some fundamental questions… one being: “How can I embody that same attitude?”

In the U.S., more than 3.5 million people experience homelessness each year. With all of this struggle presumably comes an incredible amount of hunger.

This restaurant owner clearly saw the effect of that assumption and couldn’t bare to watch it in action any longer.  One day she noticed an intruder going through her restaurant’s dumpster.  After some observation, she determined the person was simply trying to find food.

So, instead of calling the cops on the person, she wrote a powerful note of kindness and compassion.  It’s message has inspired millions around the world.

By simply treating this person as exactly that… a person… the store owner created a safe environment, free of judgment and ridicule that reminded us to love others.

This sort of story serves as a jolt of perspective and makes us ask some fundamental questions… one being: “How can I embody that same attitude?”
