A wider range of materials can be selected and standard profiles can be used directly.

The size of the workpiece can be larger, and the maximum size can reach 900 (width) *1000 (depth) *500 (height) mm;

Better workpiece performance, such as strength, corrosion resistance, metallurgical performance very close to the parent material;

The production efficiency is higher. No matter the size of the parts, the process time can be basically controlled within 12 hours and multiple products can be processed in one batch.

 

Both vacuum diffusion welding and brazing belong to welding. The biggest difference between them is that soldering requires solder and diffusion welding does not. 3D printing is a kind of laser sintering process. The strength of the product cannot reach the post-welding strength of diffusion welding due to the limitation of raw materials and process features. In addition, the range of raw materials for 3D printing is limited, and the size of the product is also limited. Vacuum diffusion welding is more suitable for medium and large moulds. If the small moulds are mass quantized, the vacuum diffusion welding can be considered, because the vacuum diffusion welding equipment can complete the welding of multiple products simultaneously in the same process time of the same furnace.

It is more suitable to use vacuum diffusion welding process for the products with high die strength and large welding area and difficult to process in water channel.
